Best fish & chips in Dublin

My go to fish and chip shop, Beshoffs in Howth is somewhat lacking these days. The chips are just about cooked and the fish / scampi are rubbery. Can anyone suggest a decent fish and chipper anywhere in the county, preferably in a sea-side spot ?
