Get rid of Devon. He has such an annoying Scouse African accent

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,481 ✭✭✭shockframe

    The officials bowing :D

You'd think they would change the dot for both to indicate who's throwing first.

It's like Wright has the Scotland and Japan flag side by side.

    Edit: Which they've now done

This is a real snorefest...roll on Friday

    Bit harsh.

A man with a slight wobbly throwing style like Jack in the Box against a man who looks like Jack in the Box.

    Only in darts!

Might have my first bet, fancy JdZ to beat Wright.

    TbL

On tonight's showing, you'd have to fancy De Zwaan against Wright

My dark horse for the tournament is Luke Humphries

That's what it sounds like!!! It's a weird Liverpool South Africa mix. He's the darting version of didi Hammann.

Correct. Well apart from Didi being at least entertaining and insightful.

Slight rise for the 180 rate after today, still remain steadfast at this point the magic 900 is goosed, might get a Christmas miracle yet?

Having gained six (based on the 583 vs 601 at the same point in the competition last year). The main goal is still to hit the 846 figure to break even, its a bit of a better outlook than yesterday.

While envisaging in my mind the magic 93 maxs' could be scored today; to get us back to par v last year, today's line-up delivered of sorts, but it was minimal enough that I'm still not getting excited.

As it currently stands; with the 180 rate at 1.7720 180's per set played:

If all matches from here end up 3-0 legs and X - 0 Sets we have:
87 sets left; returning a tournament total of 416 Sets and 737 180's.

If all matches from here end up 3-2 legs and go the distance (excluding tie-breaks) we have:
155 sets left; returning a tournament total of 484 Sets and 858 180's.

Mid point of the extremes has us at:
121 sets left; returning a tournament total of 450 Sets and 797 180's.

Sportingindex: middling the market at 861 (Sell 855; Buy 867). This to me looks like a very big over-estimation, that 855 sell looks a very decent sell (imo).

Next updates will be after RD 4, QF and SF, in the mean time:

    Happy Christmas to all!

Catching the last train to Scotland?

I’d say they’ve moved the Sherrock match to last in the afternoon session Friday?

Fairly certain Durrant vs Gurney was originally last?

Two of the old guard out today with King playing Whitlock up first. Think Mervyn shades it

Did Rod Harrington just say that Fallon got "billions" of tweets?

As in billions with a "b????"

Confirmed the contenders are back for the premier league.. Worked last year on short notice but it really devalues the tournament having players play for no reason, no points earned by beating a contender. We will see the first ever non tour card holder, q school failure playing in it.

Is Fallon’s the only game today yeah?!

Four legs on the trot from mervyn king. Simon Whitlock could be in trouble soon enough.
