    Hi, I just bought an iPhone 8 after a couple of years away from Apple. My previous would have been 7 & 6s.

    I have read that the 8 has fast charging capabilities.

    Would it be much of a difference compared to standard charging? (How much? - literally charging the phone for the first time now since I've got it)

    Any links for cheap fast plug and cable? I assume the Apple site is crazy money compared to some others...

    You tube some videos.
    It’s the difference 18w and 5w standard.

    There’s some comparison videos like what you’d get after 30 mins etc
