Insulation board and plaster a whole house??

    House is 110sq meter semi D. Just looking for best estimate. 50mm insulation boards on the three outer walls. Standard three bed one bath.

    Cant answer on the cost of plastering but you can find out the cost of insulation boards on the various building providers websites. iirc 50mm boards from the well known insulation manufacturers are approx €30-40 for a single 2.4m x 1.2m board.

    Can you insulate externally instead ? Or achieve better insulation through less invasive methods ?

    Did you get this done in the end? Potentially looking to do the same to a house we're thinking of buying. It's a red brick house hence not wanting to do it externally.

    In progress at the moment. Have guy on a day rate. 63 mm boards on all around the three outside walls
    Boards and plaster gear cost me €2500. That's plaster gear is to plaster the whole house. Total cost about €6500
