How bad will it get ? House building.

How much more land is zoned round Greystones / Delgany for building? How many more houses are we likely to see. I’m trying to get a handle on how bad it will actually get here.

It’s making this once great village / town a much worse place to live.

The zoning for residential has been excessive , out of step with what the area can sustain and extremely detrimental for the area. Those that made those zoning decisions should be ashamed of themselves.

I think a better solution would be to cap the population size in the country, and everyone over that gets shipped off to the colonies - oh, wait that doesn't work any more!

its all there in the development plans and there doesnt seem to an awful amount more left to build on.
