    Robertson on for 2 BPs

Could be a share of 3 with Rashford.

29 (-4) with Auba and Lundstram left.

    Terrible game
    Terrible week

    And a side note
That’s my first experience of VAR live
It’s is a confusing shambles in its current format
There isn’t even a screen at Old Trafford so you are just waiting on ref to point
And even then it wasn’t clear if he was pointing to centre circle or pointing for a free out

    BPs updated:
    Robertson and Rashford -3
    James and Lallana- 1

To be fair it is low scoring week for pretty much everyone.

    Let's just write it off.

Funnily enough Lundstram and the likes can make it just a little bit better. Again :)

Will finish on 31 when Cantwell comes in for Salah. Roll on the next gameweek.

This one what would you do?

I sold Salah and brought Mane in and I called it a success before the ball was kicked this afternoon.

Unless you regret not bringing Rashford in you can honestly forget about this week as there was not a one call to be made regarding the top scorers.

Sterling with his 5 points a big differential.

    That's it.

If I had 50 today I would be worried about my future points tbh.

Your basically saying everyone had a bad week, therefore let's write it off?
If you got 70 points and everyone did as well - would you write it off?, it's equally not a good week, the good weeks should be when you do better than then average - that's the way you go up in the rankings.

It's quite easy for someone to have got close to 50 points today - given how well budgets defenders are doing - Targett, Ake, Rico, Zouma, Tomori. Then the likes of Robo, Digne got returns.

Jimmy, Vardy, Sterling, Dilva (4th double digit score of the season) had returns.

Yes Salah and Aguero didn't play - but you should have a bench for that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,190 ✭✭✭✭IvySlayer

I started Salah and Walker who didnt play and have James (6 points) and Doucouré (9 points) as my subs

35 with Auba captain still to play

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,476 ✭✭✭COH

41 with Lundstrum to play. Robertson's assist was a godsend. Delighted with that after the no-shows for Salah and Otamendi as the average seems fairly low

48 with Lundstram and Guendouzi to go (both bench players) HEWT

45 with Auba(C) & GK Leno to go. Hopefully get a nice add-on tomorrow night.

50 was pulled out of a hat in fairness and of course you can have it.

My point is that I rather have 30 when some have 50 than 60 in a week where all major players score high.

Overall ranking in such a low scoring week will not do much damage long term.

Boards posted scores are good indication of how bad the week is for me. It will be low scoring week and loads of panic transfers out on general that probably won't work next week.

My 30 or so points, if not less than that, don't bother me now, just my view of that week.

44 all out when Rico subs in.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,676 ✭✭✭thunderdog

Was the average yesterday 23 points? I’m surprised the average today increased to 30 based on one game with both teams conceding and only scoring a goal each

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Great season so far for me.

    Sterling GW1 captain
    Pukki GW 2 Captain
    Salah GW 3 Captain
    Bilva GW 6 Captain

Brought Bernard in this week and have him VC. Aguero didn't play.

Dropped Mane to the bench and started Grealish for this week.

Up to top 50 in the world 55 points this week.

Absolutely none of that is true, my team is sh1te but it made me feel better to pretend.

Noticed this myself too, so as a Sterling and Aguero owner I had a quick look at a few of the others. Here are the worlds top 10 re City ownership.

    1. None.
    2. De Bruyne, Dilva, Walker.
    3. De Bruyne, Sterling, Otamendi.
    4. Dilva.

    Wasn’t it similar last year
I know after Xmas I just went with none at all as it was so annoying
    I’m getting there again now
Kdb will be kept until he gets injured ........

Obviously could all change tonight if Auba does well, also noticed a lot of them had Vardy.

You’re listing players there who very few top level FPL managers would have had in their teams prior to this gameweek; the likes of Targett, Aké, Zouma and Dilva.

What wonski was referring to was the fact that the vast majority of the well-owned template type players fared badly this week and that’s unlikely to be the case too many times this season.

40 with Lundstram left to play.
8 points from Robertson and going with Vardy instead of Wilson the few highlights of this week.

Interesting that the guy 1st in the world doesn’t have any Man City players currently.

What I would also say is that:

    A) He has used all of his chips
    B) Has had two horrendous seasons before this; so while having no Man City players short-term might have been fine; his time will come and he'll fall down the rankings.

    Woeful isn't the word.
Anybody done worse than that? :P

27 points with just Lundstram & Ceballos left.

Was one of the many killed by Aguers (C) and Salah (VC)

40 with Aubamayang, Cellabos, Chambers and Lundstram to come

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,472 ✭✭✭AdMMM

28 points with Lundstam tonight and 11 to come off the bench with Aguero and Salah not starting. Could possibly end up being a green arrow, depending on how many points people have coming off the bench.

My score for this week has a sort of arrow beside it. When I go to next week I can’t see any option to play a free-hit. Does that mean I accidentally used it?

I think the arrow beside the score is just a graphic. Perhaps it will change/vanish when the GW completes.

The free hit option only activates when you go to confirm transfers.

Scroll down on the Gameweek History page to see what chips you've already used.

Have lundstram and auba in this. Not expecting huge points anyway but I need a miracle to bump up my current 22 points.

    No goals.
    No assists.
    No clean sheets.
    No bonus.

Never had a week like it.

Don’t you dare jinx this for me!

Lundstram to come off on 60 with a cleanie and a goal, then auba to score a hat trick.
