    Meteor used to supply the SIM free of charge in the post, no need for credit as you will only be taking incoming calls. Looks like Eir who took them over still do...

    It's to stop tools contacting you for months later and while you are selling, asking dumb ass questions like...
    How much is it to tax?
    How much is it to fill the tank with petrol?
    What colour is the car?
    Would you take a swap for a 1996 Fiesta with cash your way?
    Will you take 50% of asking price for it (by text)?

    Apart from stopping people contacting you after the Sale, what use is a different Number for all of the other points you mentioned ????
