Postpartum Physio/Massage in Wicklow Town

    Asking on behalf of the Mrs...

    Short version : Can anyone recommend a physio in Wicklow Town that would help with back problems after having a baby please?

    Some details...
    We had a baby almost 11 months ago, and the Mrs has had back problems on and off since then. A lot of the time she is okay, but occasionally, she might move the wrong way and she gets pretty bad lower back pain. She never really had back problems before giving birth (even during the pregnancy). So, looking for a recommendation of a physio for that.

    Or if anyone has other tips, please share those too!

    I dont have any experience of pregnancy related back issues,
    but I can highly recommend East Coast Physiotherapy in Ashford.

    I have seen several physio's there over the last 5 years+, and found them
    very good
