    Hi,

    When you change the phone number for your account, receive postal confirmation with a code, input same at banking 365 - why is it still sending one time codes to the old phone number?

    When you update your mobile number on Banking 365 it will amend the registered number to receive 365 activation codes. To amend the number registered for Verified by Visa one-time passcodes it would be best to link in with our team on 0818200370 / 0035312500370 and they will be happy to change this for you. They are available 24/7.
