Trying to Join Electric Ireland

    Hi,

    I'm trying to sign up to the Electric Ireland "Heat Pump" Tariff but I'm having great difficulty in trying to do so. None of your sales staff have a clue what this deal is and keep trying to put me in touch with someone in the Nest and Climote department. I am not looking for a new device, just the deal for customer who have a home with a heat pump installed.
    I was hung up on twice by some of your staff members who did not know what I was talking about and who appeared like they did not want to help.
    I'm actually questioning my decision to sign up with you guys now as I type this.

    I have left my details on the relevant section but after a number of days I have still not received a call back.

    Please help me with this.
