Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

B8 Passat Head Unit Swap?

    Maybe a little like the recent Superb and Golf threads here..any idea how much of a job and how expensive it would be to replace the head unit on a 2015 B8 Passat? One I have doesn't have Android Auto/CarPlay. If I got the newer head unit that had that capability is it more or less just a straight swap?

    What headunit is in it now?
    As far as I remember when I had my 2015 B8 it was something you had to pay for to be activated.

    Apparently can't activate it in this one. First months of B8s were shipped with one that it can't be activated in, there's some subtle changes in the button names that show which you got and I got a dud!
