    Hi,

Have a few small areas on the roof of car where the clear coat has been eroded due to bird droppings. Can they be repaired and blended in or will it require the whole roof to be recoated?

If the latter, anybody have any ideas how much this is likely to cost?

    Thanks for advice

Try give it a good polishing.

It really wouldn't be worth repainting the entire roof over a bit of birsdshít damage. Sure I'll be back to the same in a couple of years. Sure who'll be looking anyway.

There are ridges around the outside, would cutting compound take these out and then a good polish?
