Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Chaning from EIR to other soon

    My 12 month contract with EIR for home phone and broadband is up next month. Are EIR going to charge me a change of provider fee if I switch? If I change do I have to get a new home phone as well? If I dont move before 12 expires those this roll over into a new 12 month contract?
    Worth while to get onto EIR to haggle over a new package as an existing customer or make a clean break given cost advantages?
