Problem with my account online

I was wondering if someone could help me please?
I have forgotten the password to sign into my account on Electric Ireland and I no longer use the email address that I signed up with. 

Is there another way to reset my password please? Thanks.

We can either change your correspondence email and your old email address will be your username. Alternatively, we can deactivate your Online Billing and you can register your new email address.

We need you to please send us a private message with the following details: 

- Your name
- Your address
- Your contact number
- Your account number
- Your old email address
- Your new email address
