Returning loan pack

    Hi There, well within my 30 days to return a loan pack.  The loan repayment date is 16/11, however will not be returning documents until 04/11 as do not need funds in account before 14/11.  Can I change the date of first payment on documents to 16/12, initial and return or do documents need to be re-issued? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    As the repayment plan has already been set out in the existing loan pack the best option would be to call the Lending Team on 0818 200 334 and one of our Lending Specialists will be happy to look into this and advise the available options in adjusting the repayment date.

    Our lending team is available to take your call from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
