Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, can someone tell me what this part is called and where I can get a replacement? The cistern is filling up but the seal is broken so it’s constantly dripping into bowl and drawing more water. The rubber seal is broke. Thanks

It's the flush valve, you can replace parts of it or fit a whole new unit.

I have replaced the gasket and siphon diaphragm on mine before and it worked fine after. Had to replace full unit in one toilet too. The hardest part is emptying the cistern and removing it, which you've already done.

Screwfix have replacement units and parts.
