Does anyone have any experience running events involving bringing in 3rd party food and beverage traders? Looking to try workout what a reasonable rate is and have no idea what the market rate is for this type of thing! Any help would be appreciated!

It very much depends on the size/profile of the event and the location. A rural, small scale agricultural fair and a large music festival will have a huge variance in rates. Typically you would need to budget for a minimum of €100 per day.
