Hilarious lack of activity. https://www.rte.ie/news/2019/1101/1087925-motor-insurance-new-rules/ I always knew my previous premiums cos I keep my paperwork as anyone should. The mandatory 20 working days (ie a month) is obviously useful but not going to reduce prices.

The only thing it will achieve is to increase the amount of useless paper that insurers will be obliged to send you. The powers that be, involved in insurance reform, will pat themselves on the back for this initiative and all they have done is kick the can down the road
