A minor on a scrambler on a public road, more than likely without a helmet. No tax, no insurance. A danger to himself and other road users.

Looks like Brookfield. I walk past this estate on the way back from the luas stop. They fly out of the estate onto the road, don't give a **** about any other traffic.

Growing up we were more afraid of our parents reaction than the guards and we had respect for both.

I always love the selective recording of things like this. No idea what happened before this video started being recorded.

Probably would have been easier if he'd let go of the kid once they started intervening. Some parts of society seem to think they're above the law, no fear or respect for the guards.

Can't understand why any parent would buy one of those things for their kids for bombing around an estate / public roads.
