    Specifically woven material.

    I think it is called HDPE (Polyethylene).

    Am trying to find where I can get this . Do garden centres tend to stock this stuff .I would prefer to buy it in lengths that I can order rather than premeasured amounts.

    My idea is to use it instead of normal plastic covering as I hope it will provide warmth but be easier(more flexible) to work with and also perhaps let in a little air.

    I got some black sheeting for weed control this week.
    They have other gardening stuff as well
