local property tax query ? my father asked me to pay his local property tax for nex year with Annual Debit that takes debit out in March, he does not have a bank account just a post office so what i need to know is when im putting in the bank details and it says are u the account holder do i put my name as its my bank…

If it is the bank asking are you the account holder, yes you are.

There is probably somewhere else where the property number is entered/printed, which will identify your Dad's property tax account as the one being paid.
