Three separate topics that GB covered back on the GB hour I remember:
As reported by a bus eireann customer a manager in Busaras shouting at passengers ( not 3rd level students or festival goers ) to get off a bus immediately after they had boarded, to get out of the rain. The BE manager treated them all like dirt. When BE was CIE.
A billing mess up by Bord Gais on behalf of a customer. Bord Gais apologized by way of a message on the GB hour for this.
A Dodgy Dublin Independent Garage dealing in Cut And Shut Cars ( one half of a car was welded to half of another chassis )
