Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey looking for advice on a filling in an application form. It asks reason for leaving job...

Most recent job - left due to untenable workplace environment.
Job previous - left to travel

How do fill it in correctly while not blackballing myself. I fear filling in left due to untenable workplace they'll look at that I think his not worth the trouble...

Better off not slagging a previous employer. Come up with something bland like left for another opportunity which fell through

Yep keep it simply like the above, no need to go into too much detail, if they ask further about culture or anything, look for the positives.

Cheers, now i have another problem. I left and won't be able to get a reference.

    Basically i left because
I was promised a pay review by my direct line manager, after 8 months of doing a ridiculous about of unpaid work, doing jobs that weren't mine. I was called into a meeting(By a Regional Manager) to only find out there never was pay review and a removal of an allowance leading to loss of €3,479 annually, along with be "encouraged" reduce my contract hours. I quit on the spot and left...was the straw that broke the camels back.
