    It is indeed, if you see the price drop at Black Friday simply let us know and we will refund the difference if the price drops!

    it is really helpful if you mail us a couple of details - Name / Address / Product / price paid and credit claimed :D

    Then we will hand you over to the accounts bods who are WAY more efficient than us - and please even if its a small amount do contact us and we will get it sorted for you - it's what we do and we like doing it as it is pretty unique to us and gives you guys security..
