The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air because the relationships between Will and Carlton, and Will and Uncle Phil were just great - they acted like they hated each other and were always ripping the piss, but then they'd turn around and have some of the most heartfelt moments on television... Especially in episodes where they dealt with more serious issues like race.
