I've used iPlayer on fire stick and fire tablet, it's been solid the whole time for me.

I must have a fart around with it later, probably something simple.

I am using this on the Nvidia Shield and also on Android Phone

Tried to login to BBC I player via their app and also via Chrome and can never log in

Its useful for other things but not for the BBC i player unfortunately :(

I have it on the Shield and an Android phone and use it for the iplayer and find it reliable. Make sure to keep it up to date as they update the servers apparently. It does seem to want/need an inordinate amount of updates!

It is worth remembering lifetime licence only means the lifetime of that version of their software (so it could be a year or 3 years).
That aside there are a couple of other offers on at the minute, albeit slightly more expensive.

    Surfshark - €42.25 for 25 months.

Price is ok but they offer unlimited connections - You can buy one and share with your friends and family or maybe with other boardies ;)

That is a great deal, but even better - Topcashback has increased their cashback to 70%

I still don't use the cashback sites, I am making my new years resolution to start :D

I use mine on firestick 4k for Netflix and crackle (US) and BBC, itv, uktv play, c5 and c4 players (UK) although I think c4 works without vpn.

    Seems sold out now.
    Anything similar about?
My saorview is borked, so would be great to get BBC player and US Netflix etc...

Try logging into Disney+ on your phone via VPN while on the same network as your fire stick. I’ve fixed 2 fire sticks this week with the same issue.

Haven't been able to get BBC iplayer working for about a week now on windows 10 pc.

I normally use Edge ( Chrome and Firefox never worked for me ) and have deleted my cache settings then rebooted. Tried the Bbc server and UK south but still get the 'only works in UK' error.

    Any help gratefully appreciated.

Huh, I must be doing something wrong. I can't get UK Apps on the US store or vice versa.
