Oasis - Returns by parcel motel

I need to return an oasis order. They've provided a parcel motel label in the package with a barcode. However when I try to book it into the parcel motel website, there's no option to select 'Oasis' as a retailer. Do I just got the parcel motel locker and scan in the barcode I received from Oasis? I thought all parcels had to be registered with your registered locker. Has anyone any experience using this please?
