Smartphone for hotspot

    What budget friendly phone would you recommend?
    For a teen will need to use as a hotspot at least one day a week.

    It will be used as a phone as well as a hotspot.

    Any, they all can do hotspot as long as you have a decent mobile connection. What is your budget?

    €200 max
    I find some phones hotspot is better than others, unfortunately some cheaper phones not great.
