Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bravo a liability. .... wouldn't make our Sunday B team

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,306 ✭✭✭✭Drumpot

Liverpool could draw the next 4 games and still be top of the league! :pac:

If I was then I would send my youth team to the world club championships and keep the senior team in England.

Gundogan has been terrible. Poor clearance for the first goal and just gave up running with Henderson for the cross to Mane.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,295 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

Bravo can't even catch the ball when it is out of play and already gone for a corner,

Hope he wasn't using that as a confidence booster.

Walker has been terrible, poor position for the first, should've got to the third.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,306 ✭✭✭✭Drumpot

Ha, Neville trolling city by pointing out all the millions of value signings on the bench!!!! Poor old Pep, it’s hilarious his buying everything approach is getting found out by Liverpool.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,495 ✭✭✭✭Mushy

When people say citys defence are terrible, the comeback is usually that they'd the best defensive record over the years. That comeback completely forgets that city defend from the front.

If a team can get at citys actual defenders, they're not really that good. This result isn't surprising, liverpool allowing city have the ball, they've the confidence in their defence to get ball back quickly and attack the very weak defence

Walker is a nothing footballer. Flat track bully

I love these posts. Klopp continues to build new Alamos in the minds of Utd fans. He wouldn’t win a trophy, he wouldn’t challenge for a league, now it’s a last desperate tempt of fate: ‘it’s over, they couldn’t possible throw it from here’ when I know you’ll be desperately checking every Liverpool score the rest of the season hoping it does. Just like you’ll be hanging on every minute of this second half, wishing and praying for City to turn it around.

It’s a glorious time to be alive, whatever happens before the final whistle.

I can't understand you guys sometimes. You have a team in their absolute prime with an 8 point lead over teams struggling for consistency and you still want to claim to be underdogs. Do you honestly not believe the title in not going to liverpool or do you think somehow you will blow a massive lead cos none of the teams behind you are going to win all their remaining games?

What must be remembered is that it's not just Liverpool that are capable of doing this to City. They had this happen to them away at the worst team in the league a few weeks back. It will happen again before we get to January and Pep can throw a bunch of money at solutions. Problem is the title will be gone by then, although CL will still be a possibility.

Side note. I am chuffed for Sean Cox. His wife was interviewed on Off the Ball (or newstalk maybe) before the game and it must have been very hard and upsetting going back to Anfield but he'll be delighted now I'm sure so thats really nice :)

KDB and Bilva have not been bad at all, they are being let down by the rest. Sterling has been poor, and the backline shocking.

Bit soft from Sterling there. Minimal contact

Aguero has been appalling. He’s missed 3 sitters

Shocking that latest effort from Aguero, not like him at all.

He will be hauled off for Jesus by the looks of it.

Just not happening for city you'd put your house on aguero scoring there

Sean Cox can even bring the boards soccer forum together.

(Genuinely great to see him there, hope he's loving this).

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

30 years man, lots have never seen liverpool win a title. I was only 8. What do you expect. If they were 4 points clear with one game left, I'd still be nervous.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,306 ✭✭✭✭Drumpot

    Brilliant....

“Aguero has played 782 minutes at Anfield and hasn’t scored”

    Neville to Carragher

“Wasn’t some of that agaisnt you, how did he not score against you?!” :pac:

Sterling getting no joy so has resulted to aiming the ball at defenders hands

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Right call. Stonewall hit his hand. Hand in natural position.

    Opposite of the first.

how is Oliver making a living as a professional ref ?

Maybe Abu Dhabi lads can buy Pep the VAR system , it’s probably the only thing they haven’t bought him.... Can’t be easy when you are used to getting every advantage possible at every club you manage.....

Ya he has destroyed him, final ball letting him down.

Yeh agree. He's rinsed TAA a most of the game. It's been a great battle.
