Help Yamaha ysp 1600

    Hi,

    I purchased a Yamaha YSP 1600 off you back in February when you had the deal on the silver one. I have just encountered a problem with the remote, its not working at all. I have replace the batteries to no avail. I am wondering can you fix the remote as its still in warranty?
