I want to save for the kids education in a low risk fund. I have circa 12000 already with another 8000 over the next three years to mature. Additional I am putting away 150 euro a month, BTW the children allowance is invested so this will not be included. I will only want access with notice of over 3 months, if that sounds…

what kind of collage are they making that will require a massive fund?

is it magazine cuttings or photos?
