Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I was hoping to get a Netamo installed in my house and was speaking to an Energia adviser today. After giving her all the details of my heating controls set up in the house I was told that Netamo is not compatible with my house.

We appear to have a single zone where 1 switch both heating and hot water come on. (Central hearing control panel Pic attached) But seperately , we have an immersion control beside hot press. (see pic attached)

After describe this set up I was told that we actually have 2 zones.

    Anyone can shed some light?

If all radiators, and hot water, are switched only by that timer controller, then you have a single zone.
Its a single zone controller, as stated in the front page of the manual!

Immersion heaters are not considered part of the heating controls.
