Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do wall vents need to be ducted after insulation?

A house that was insulated had round holes drilled into the walls were just covered with hit and miss vents and I’m wondering is this adequate? I can see the hole is plastered around it like a tunnel but no signs of internal tubing or ducting or anything like that. Should this have been a requirement from the builder before the vents get placed? Also extractor fans in bathrooms should they also be ducted? Or does simple placing a fan over the hole work? Not sure whether to flag it or leave it.
