Venice is a city in Italy, you’re thinking of the mythical lost city of “Atlantis”.

It's not "under water", it floods there like everywhere else.
    Just really bad this time.
Of course not as bad as 1966

what was the 1966 flood blamed on?

The Adriatic's weirdo tide, loads of rain and unusually strong sirocco and bora winds.

    Too much water

So was there loads of coal and oil burned in 1966 and 2019 in particular?

It didn't flood last year. So does that mean the entire climate changed in 12 months?

Or that other nutjob crazy lula out-there fruitcake idea: the man-made climate change theory is bogus?

Fair enough - I stand educated - did not know that.
But wouldn't we expect to see progressively worse ones occurring year-on-year every year for the CO2 theory to make any sense?
Scientists know well the difference between correlation and causation. But when you have a political overlay... well...it seems anything can be proposed.

Global climates are incredibly complex. Are you seriously questioning climate change because increases in CO2 emissions globally does not equal an increase in flooding in Venice year on year?

Why don't you do a paper on it, plot 2 graphs, one showing annual global CO2 emissions and the other showing annual flooding in Venice and present that as your proof that climate change is a conspiracy.

A very strange cup when the favourite team was nearly killed by Portugal, funny thing that the referee was English (George McCabe) and absent from the game.

I don't buy those conspiracy theories. It's not like they awarded England a goal that never was to win the competition. Oh wait ???

Sorry - I am currently busy studying another correlation: falling Sunday mass attendance in recent decades and rise in gangland murders. The stats don't lie. Just need to find a Greta-type kid to get my show on the road. Going to bowl the UN right over if this form continues.

Not shocked it took just two pages for a climate change denier nutjob to show up.

German TV just uploaded a half hour long documentary on this just yesterday. It’s a worthwhile watch.
