I like Kenny, he seems a genuine fella, this was a bit of a faux pas though.

Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show this morning the Ballinamore woman confirmed she initially accepted the apology on the day because she did want to waste time with the Minister.

However, upon reflection, she decided that as a woman, she believes the language used was unnecessary and has decided to make a formal complaint

The interview in full reveals a bit more about the whole thing and perhaps the reason Kenny is seeking legal advice, it seems he is alleging that Reynolds Flynn has stated public that he is in hock with the developer of the complex for financial gain and that is his main reason for being involved.
Podcast of the full interview, not very interesting really, is on the podcast, he states that he is seeking legal advice about this.

I wouldn't believe that about Kenny.

While the developer will be grateful to him, it is purely ideological not monetary driven.

There has been a lot of speculation locally that Martin and/or his wife have some involvement with the apartments in question in Ballinamore. I don't believe it myself because surely if it was true, we'd havevaeen something concrete by now from the protesters
