    To make the process of buying better, details all bids should be recorded ,
    so after the price is agreed and your offer is accepted you
    can check that the bidding was genuine ,there were no phantom bids .
    maybe if 1 person makes a survey on an old house,
    if they do not buy the house,
    the survey could be given to other potential buyers ,for a small fee
    instead of 2 or 3 people paying for a survey on the same house .

    To note psra require all bids to be recorded in a certain format

    Sherry Fitz have an online platform so every registered bidder can see all other bids
