Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Unable to move between Siro providers

    I ordered Vodafone's Gigabit broadband and was told it would be installed (new modem delivered) today. I rang to see where my modem was only to be told my order was cancelled because Vodafone are unable to accept orders for anyone already using Siro. i.e. if you want to move from one Siro provider to another, you can't. I moved to Digiweb from Vodafone last year with no issue but it seems to move the other way is impossible. Has anyone else heard this? It seems beyond ridiculous
