    Hi Guys

We just received the keys for a new house.
Do you have any opinions on that area?
It's the first time I will be living in a house and I am panicking.

I would say stop reading about the area on social media and enjoy your house .

    Congratulations!
If you want to send me a PM I can give you some details I have lived here about 5 years :)
I have had zero issues, it's really quiet on my street but if you go past the past the roundabout less so...

    No problems there OP.

It's a 70 year old area now that's well grown up.

Somewhere like Lucan , is the Kip of the future.

A former colleague at work bought in Lower Ballyer. It is very settled and it's close to everything, he is very happy there so far.

He laughed and said anything East of Tesco is the best bit! Well he would say that I suppose.

I've been to his house, I couldn't believe they were built back in the fifties or so. Very solid, and the road is quiet. All the messers have grown up and gone now I suppose.

Thank you Everyone. the area looks fine to us, very quiet in the evenings
We met our neighbors and they are super nice.
I hope will stay like that :)
