Quick question : buying an aerial (digidome for camper) I noticed it's cheaper on Amazon UK.

Will that work in Ireland for saorview?

No problem. TV signals are same signals whether in UK or ROI. It is almost certainly a wideband you're purchasing so should cover all frequencies.

It a poor aerial where ever you use it. Omni directional aerials are useless except just very close to a transmitter. This does not even seem to be able to change the polarisation. For a camper you are likely to be out in the sticks and need a half decent aerial.

Get yourself a log periodic aerial on a mast that you can rotate. Also carry a spanner so you can change the polarisation if necessary.
