I am currently working in a role that requires full concentration/effort 99% of the time with constant tight deadlines which I have no control of and things pop up all the time that have to be dealt with as they arise. I have a salaried job that has the "might be expected to stay late when the need arises" thing in my contract, the problem is that the boss has said this so often that it's now become totally normal to do an extra 4-6 hours a week.

I'm polishing up my CV though, no way I'm sticking around with this going on!
