I still doubt they have enough evidence for a real conviction, but maybe they are going to use the old "Chief Superintendent's belief" law.

The DPP wouldn’t allow them to charge her unless he/she thought that there was a reasonable chance of a conviction.
I can’t believe how many posters here appear vaguely disappointed that LS is not on her way to Dundalk free to return to her private life.

Probably doing her a favour locking her up. She would've had no life in Dundalk with surveillance and having to go out in public.

Someone has posted online that a Turkish flight flew directly from Beirut in to Baldonnel in one of the flight tracking forums on the internet and People are speculating as to who would be on such a flight.

While we are waiting. We still haven’t heard anything official about this plane.

her only chance at a half normal existence is to be tried and found not guilty. No trial and she will be presumed guilty forever.

A year or two in the Dochas hotel at most I'd say.

I'm pretty sure she will be presumed guilty forever either way.

well certainly but a not guilty verdict would be something in her favour

Won't make a blind bit of difference.

I have said it twice so far, it was a Dept of Justice migrant relocation flight from Lebanon.

You wont see anything official about it but thats what it was.

Great to see yer one getting charged with something, it.most certainly wont be harsh enough though.

It would seem that everyone's baffled by the States herculean efforts to repatriate.

The Criminal Courts of Justice is the building which houses the District and other courts.

What about receiving money from ISIS?

She would have had her rent and bills paid by ISIS as well as receiving at least $50 for her child and $50 for being married.

That money also goes back into ISIS pocket. That may be a technicality though.

Also, when you "join" ISIS as a converted westerner...you are required to bring $$$ for the group.
