Any recommendations for a cheap lap top . I only need it for browsing and streaming. Was about to buy this but wondering if it's too much

It's 339 in Curry's, for example, and it's great.

Crap laptops are so frustrating to use, everything is at a snails pace.
I'd go with a second hand laptop under €500, it would be far far superior than that laptop you linked

The laptop you linked is fine but something like this is much better for same price, way faster. Good deal for under 500 from a shop.

That Lidl Chromebook is a heap of crap. I don't see any need whatsoever to go 2nd hand on a budget of 500.

if 15.6 inch is the size you want this is a good option.

that is a fairly old cpu in the power city one. power city are not known for good deals on laptops really. pc world usually far better.
