Want to get broadband and landline bundle in the home. Have fibre available outside my house. All have inviting deals but what i'm looking for is customer service and back up when things go wrong(and they do). Looking for your recommendations and experiences from providers. Leaning towards Eir as I already have a landline…

Eir are one of the worst from a customer service point of view ...... nearly impossible to get to speak to a human who has a brain, unless you are extremely lucky.
