    Hi,

    How do I manage (change) the two factor authentication that's configured on my Control Panel?

    Hi,

    Please send an email to help@blacknight.com (using the authorised email address for the account in question), and request that two-factor authentication be disabled for the account. When that's done, you can then re-enable it and choose what options you want.

    It's not ideal, I agree :) but we thought it better to add 2FA as soon as we could and improve it later.

    Once we get the email from you, our support team will deal with it promptly.
