Aib green mortgage fixed rate query

    I signed up for the 2.5fixed rate. But the repayment is more than I thought? Anyone give me guidance why? Amount outstanding 134k ish. Original mortgage 184000 fixed rate according to mortgage calculator is 727 pm but aib letter says 754 pm? No idea how they managed that?

    Or maybe there was a breakage fee for leaving your old fixed rate.

    Do you have an insurance policy through the bank? It might be including the monthly amount for that.
