Great price, I have it on the way at a higher price. Any options open for me with Amazon to get it at same price?

Open up a chat and ask them if there is an easier way than you ordering it at that price and returning the other when it arrives. They will usually refund the difference in either amazon credit (only usable with amazon or fulfilled by amazon products) or to your credit card.

Cheers no dice with Amazon chat and the order has other items included so think am out of options. Cheers for the suggestion though.

Not to hijack the thread, but thinking of one of the Hue starter light packs.. would you recommend? Are they any good? Thanks!

Anyone that I know who has them loves them. It's my first foray so I have the bridge with lights and led strips ordered.

They are fantastic. A great intro into smart home world. Be warned, it's addictive and could be costly :)

Order those ones on sale, and return the others (free returns).

Maybe you didn't get a great chat support agent. I had a pair of shoes delivered today that I ordered on sale. Today they were £10 cheaper, so I put them in my basket on got on to chat. I told him I was buying them again and wanted a return label for the shoes I have, and he refunded me the difference there and then.

Cheers, I'll wait till they arrive tomorrow and try again with that approach.

Cheers Suckit, products arrived today, lots of chat and patience but credited in the end. Almost, worth the hour of torture
