average cost for retention and plans for a shed

    hi we are considering selling our home..
    we built a shed 8 years ago but never had planning
    we are now considering selling
    does anybody know the average costs of getting plans drawn up for a 40x20 foot shed with 6 inch block.. the shed is divided into three even bays and its flat roofed..
    we live in tipperary..

    no i dont
    when we bought it.. the engineer who did the snag list got a copy of the plans of the site
    from where i dont know.. i will try root them out and see if there is a name of whoever may of drawn them originally
    and maybe he can add to it

    Here in Dublin, I know a guy that paid €2,500 + VAT for a very similar situation.
    I also know a guy in the same boat that paid 1500 as a nixer.

    Both prices where all in inclusive of costs.

    Prices sound spot on
    Unfortunately although its a small sized shed, Full Set of Drawings and Application still needs to be prepared

    i got in contact with the original planner..
    luckily i kept the original engineers reports which had the plans
    and some contact details were on it
    its costing me 1420 euro
