Any fix for crack in concrete drive without digging it out?

    Hi

    I have a crack across my concrete drive where I park my car alongside my garden

    It’s just running zig zag from one side to the other.... no subsidence etc

    Is there any quick filler etc that I can apply and maybe sand down by hand etc???
