    Hi,

Can you give me Tips & recommendations on how, where and what to start?

*I do not have any business background
    *How much capital?
*How will I acquire the capital?

You need to fantasise a bit first and ask lots of questions.
What kind of business do you want? Mobile or fixed? Where?
    Where will I get equipment? New/2nd Hand/Leased?
What kind of foot traffic is there?
What competition is there? How much do they charge?
What will the retail price of the items be?
Research it and then find an online business plan and prepare it.

Talk to people! Here's a Meetup group I found.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply.

How does it work when you buy a business?
Do I need to renovate it?
What do I get if I buy the business?
Is it worth it to buy an already established business or should I start from the bottom?

Starting a business in an industry you have not worked in these days must be near impossible with all the regulations. Any business, but food in particular is full of regulation.
You'd want to know it a bit before trying to start a business.

You are right, however, those things can be learned, it is part of starting a business. I worked in a hotel restaurant as a kitchen porter for years and we do all the dirty works behind the scenes, I know some regulations when it comes to food handling and how important it is.
