Looking at starting a small business/club.

It's performance/entertainment based so I'd be hiring self employed talent. I'm looking at a membership based club arrangement but could also be open to a wider public.

Obviously insurance is going to be very important.

I'm going to need legal advice. On more than insurance but that's my primary concern atm. I'm not looking for that here but what questions should I be asking and are we allowed give recommendations here?

If I Google insurance, especially public liability, it's all geared towards making claims rather than handling them!

So if it's permitted I'd welcome recommendations on a solicitor to contact. Dublin based.

It's hard to work out what questions you need to ask without knowing a little bit more about the proposed business. Is it around establishing where your liability ends and any third parties starts?
